Shipping methods & delivery times

Delivery dates provided by carriers or displayed at marketplace checkout are estimates. While we work hard to meet these timelines, Snackville, US cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Free shipping

Free shipping promotions, including any free shipping thresholds, apply only to qualifying orders shipped within the United States unless otherwise stated.

Address accuracy & undeliverable packages

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping addresses are complete and correct at checkout. Snackville, US is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments resulting from incorrect address details.

If a package is returned to us by the carrier as undeliverable, the customer is responsible for any carrier return fees and the cost of reshipping the item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses, or failure to receive a package at the delivery location.

Delivered packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient, subject to applicable marketplace policies and law. Please double-check shipping addresses before ordering and arrange delivery to a secure, temperature-controlled location.

Limitation of liability & exclusions

Carrier delays

Snackville, US is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather events, natural disasters, carrier operational issues, labor disruptions, government actions, peak-season shipping congestion, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Shipping charges are non-refundable for carrier-related delays, subject to applicable marketplace policies.

Damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact contact@snackvilleus.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

Lost packages

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or a package appears lost in transit, please contact us. Snackville, US may assist in filing a carrier investigation and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or another resolution at our discretion.

Shipping restrictions

Snackville, US ships only to locations where our products may be legally sold and delivered. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order that cannot be shipped due to carrier, regulatory, or operational restrictions.

Because our snack boxes and candy contain consumable food items, food sales are final and we do not accept food returns or exchanges. Once a snack box has left our facility, we cannot verify how the food has been stored, handled, or maintained. Returned food products cannot be restocked, resold, or redistributed.

For non-food gift supplies, review the return terms in the marketplace listing where you place your order. Applicable marketplace buyer protections and rights required by law remain in effect.

Non-returnable items

Our policy excludes returns and exchanges for:

Meltable & perishable goods

Snackville, US is not responsible for items that melt or suffer heat damage during transit when delivered within the carrier’s estimated timeframe, subject to applicable marketplace policies and law. During warmer months or in warmer climates, ordering heat-sensitive or perishable items is done at the buyer’s own risk.

We strongly recommend choosing an available expedited shipping option or ensuring someone can receive the package immediately upon delivery, to prevent it from sitting in a hot mailbox or on a sunny doorstep.

Gift recipients

Monetary refunds for eligible issues can only be issued to the original purchaser using the original payment method. Gift recipients seeking a resolution for a damaged or defective item may, upon verification and where available, receive store credit or a direct product replacement.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Lost or delayed shipments

If a claim cannot be verified or does not meet our policy guidelines, a resolution may be declined. Chargebacks & payment disputes

Children’s privacy & age limits

The custom-order form asks for an adult’s reply email, occasion, product interests, and approximate quantity. Name, needed-by date, delivery ZIP code, budget, and additional details are optional. Adult confirmation and permission to use the details for the inquiry start unchecked. The form prepares an email draft in your browser; it does not automatically send, upload, or store the details on our servers. You choose whether to open your email application or copy and send the draft to us. Editing the details invalidates the prepared draft; clearing the form or leaving the page clears it.

The deletion-request tool asks for an adult’s reply email, an optional order number, adult confirmation, and permission to use those details to verify and answer the request. Both confirmation boxes start unchecked. Details stay in your browser until you choose to send the prepared email. The tool does not automatically submit a request or enroll you in marketing.
